Court Support

The Child Victim Witness Support Program provides court preparation, support and accompaniment for any child or youth required to testify in a criminal court proceeding. By teaching children and youth their job as witnesses and educating them about the criminal justice system, we lessen their anxiety about attending court. Court preparation and support services are offered to families attending court in Toronto, Peterborough, Lindsay, and Cobourg.
